1. We watch the forecast
If rain lands on your mowing day, we send a text the night before with the new plan.
When it rains, and what you pay
We do not mow soaked grass. It ruts the yard, leaves clumps, and makes a mess of a lawn we are meant to keep tidy.

If rain lands on your mowing day, we send a text the night before with the new plan.
The rest of the route slides forward one day. Saturday catches up anything left.
Monthly billing covers the mows we completed, not a flat monthly promise.
Weather should not leave you wondering. When your regular day needs to move, the message is simple: “Rain tomorrow. You are moving to Wednesday.”
Your route day stays the same the rest of the season. A weather delay changes the week, not the plan.
If rain will not quit or the grass stops growing in a dry August, we skip the week and you pay nothing.
During a drought, we switch your lawn to every other week and bill only for the mows we do.
If we show up and the gate is locked or the dog is out without notice, there is a $20 trip charge. We come back the next week.
